How I work: I have 20 years’ experience in the mental health and substance use field. I have three years of direct clinical experience working with diverse populations. I am an eclectic therapist that practices using many counseling and psychology theories, including humanistic, behavioral, and evidence-based approaches. Interventions are tailored to the individual's needs and preferences.
