How I work: I believe therapy is not about fixing you; it’s about helping you uncover your own answers and unlock your potential. I offer a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to support you in navigating and overcoming life’s challenges. By integrating strength-based, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and dialectical behavioral therapy techniques, I can help empower and support you to develop new skills tailored to your unique needs. Every moment presents an opportunity for growth—and you don’t have to face it alone. Let’s discover it together.
