Sometimes the bravest and most important thing you can do is just show up." - Brené Brown

How I work: I specialize in working with women and parents navigating anxiety during pregnancy and early parenthood. Many of the clients I work with are thoughtful, high-functioning, and deeply caring, but feel overwhelmed by constant worry, intrusive thoughts, or moments of panic. This can show up as overthinking, checking, or persistent concern about your health or your child’s well-being. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel understood while also building practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and present. I take a collaborative approach and draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and psychoeducation to help you better understand anxiety and respond to it in a way that feels manageable. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to connect and see if working together feels like a good fit.

Fun facts about me: When I’m not working, you can usually find me with my two kiddos, listening to a podcast, or reading a good thriller. I love baking, especially chocolate chip cookies, and enjoy spending time in the garden growing flowers and vegetables.
