Sometimes the bravest and most important thing you can do is just show up." - Brené Brown

Education: Johns Hopkins University - Master of Science - Clinical Mental Health Counseling

How I work: I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, OCD, trauma, and stress-related challenges. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns of overthinking, or impacted by past experiences that continue to show up in your day-to-day life. Together, we focus on understanding how these patterns work and building practical ways to respond differently. I also specialize in postpartum anxiety and support women during pregnancy, after having a baby, or navigating experiences like miscarriage or loss.

If you're experiencing intrusive thoughts, panic, or constant worry, you may feel on edge or stuck in cycles of checking and overthinking. I help you understand these patterns and build tools to feel more calm and in control.

Therapy with me feels warm, collaborative, and grounded. I aim to create a space where you can slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and feel supported without judgment. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation if you’d like to connect.

Fun facts about me: When I’m not working, you can usually find me with my two kiddos, listening to a podcast, or reading a good thriller. I love baking, especially chocolate chip cookies, and enjoy spending time in the garden growing flowers and vegetables.
