How I work: I take an eclectic approach to therapy and tailor my work to each client. I value getting to know my clients as people and building a strong therapeutic relationship. I draw from IFS, CBT, ERP, ACT, and Person-Centered Therapy, depending on what brings you to therapy and what feels most helpful. I’m interested in understanding the thoughts, feelings, and patterns that shape how we experience ourselves and the world around us. I’m comfortable working with both specific concerns and more complex experiences, and I believe therapy can be a place to explore both.

Fun facts about me: I love to travel, learn languages, and find new places to explore. I’m an avid reader and have read over 75 books this year alone. I have a soft spot for niche interests and can usually be found with a book, a new recipe to try, or a new research article to read. I’ve also made over 40 playlists inspired by books I’ve read or places I’ve been.
