How I work: I believe meaningful therapy begins with feeling genuinely seen, heard, and understood. I approach each client with curiosity, compassion, and respect for the experiences that have shaped who they are. My goal is to create a space where you can show up authentically, without judgment or the expectation that you need to have everything figured out.
My approach is integrative, person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. Together, we may explore the experiences, relationships, beliefs, and patterns that have shaped how you see yourself and move through the world, while also building practical skills to help you move forward and create meaningful change. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed skills, mindfulness, and other evidence-based interventions based on your individual needs, strengths, and goals.

Fun facts about me: I actually began my career working with older adults in recreation and engagement, which will always hold a special place in my heart. Outside of the therapy room, I’m happiest somewhere outdoors, preferably near the water and in the sunshine. I’m also an animal lover and recently fostered a one-day-old kitten who, unsurprisingly, became a permanent member of the family.
