How I work: My goal is to create a space that feels warm, safe, and authentic. I believe you are the expert of your experience, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you explore it. Depending on your goals, we may look at how your past, including early relationships, has shaped how you show up today. I aim to cultivate greater insight, introduce helpful tools, and support the growth of lasting self-confidence. My person-centered approach draws from psychodynamic therapy, CBT, ACT, and attachment theory. My work is grounded in curiosity and compassion, with a focus on patterns and connection to your authentic self.
