How I work: I am fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. My primary goal is to provide you with a safe space to process stressors and help build a “toolbox” of resources unique to your needs. I approach each session through a person-centered lens while incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy and narrative therapy to discover unhelpful patterns and redefine your story. We will work together to process and heal from narratives that no longer apply to you and focus on creating a reality that is in alignment with your truest self through a lens of compassion and curiosity.
