How I work: When life becomes challenging to manage and stress becomes too much to bear on your own, I can help you begin again. I work with you to understand your experience, help you identify your goals, and teach you new skillsets to overcome life’s hurdles. I am versed in multiple disciplines and therapeutic techniques. I will tailor my approach based on your individual needs through evidence-based modalities using methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), internal family systems (IFS), Gestalt, client-centered therapy, and brainspotting.

Fun facts about me: I have been to 28 different countries throughout my 22+ years serving in the Air Force. I played the cello for 12 years. I am a Christian minister. I love painting, making cosplay items with my young adults, and watching hummingbirds.
