How I work: My approach is warm, conversational, attentive and collaborative. I draw from several therapeutic approaches and tailor our work to the individual rather than trying to fit everyone into the same model. I am person-centered and believe that your answers lie withing you, I am here to help you find them.  My goal is your health, self-esteem, and feeling whole so that you can live your best life.

I work with a wide range of issues including life transitions, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, parenting challenges, pregnancy and postpartum adjustment, and family conflict. I am open to exploring cutting-edge technologies and approaches to tackle the deepest-set issues, as well as utilizing a faith-based approach in healing.

Out of network fee: $125 for 50 min sessions

Availability: I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments, with daytime and evening availability.

Fun facts about me: I love spending time with my family and grandchildren, songwriting, gardening, and exploring historic places. I have been a birth doula since 1992, am an author and childbirth educator, and I served in the U.S. Navy working on F/A-18s and F-14s fighter jets.
