How I work: I believe that at its core, the therapeutic relationship is based on collaboration and authenticity. I invite you to show up as your full authentic self, and I promise to receive you with curiosity, sincerity, and kindness. Together, we can deepen your understanding of your internal world and identify what is most meaningful to you. From there, we can collaboratively set goals and start moving in your valued life direction. I employ Acceptance and Commitment Therapy whilst remaining grounded by person-centered and systems-aware feminist tenets to help you identify and take actions towards building a rich, full, and meaningful life.
