“What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us." – Ralph Waldo Emerson
Education: Capella University-Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling
How I work: My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Together, we explore patterns that developed for understandable reasons, learn how to relate differently to difficult emotions, and strengthen boundaries that support what matters most to you. Clients often describe my style as calm, supportive, and direct when clarity is needed. I aim to create a space where you feel heard and understood, without pressure to make decisions before you’re ready.
Specialties: Relational trauma, anxiety/depression, life transitions & challenges, family/relationship struggles, addiction recovery/co-occurring disorders, retirement/aging, LGBTQIA + concerns
