How I work: I believe that therapy is most powerful when it’s rooted in collaboration, care, and trust. My approach is integrative and flexible, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. I strive to create a warm and empathetic space where you feel safe to show up as your full self. Whether you're building on your strengths, healing from past wounds, or learning to see the value in your story, you don't have to do it alone. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that shape your life, hold space for what hurts, and discover new ways to move forward—grounded, resilient, and whole. Every part of your journey matters, and I’m here to walk alongside with you.
